變垃圾為寶藏

By Jack DeWitt

Directed by Nikki Hausherr, Waste Management Education Project tells the story of a young Ugandan artist who champions an initiative to educate youth about trash and transforming it into treasures. The artist emphasizes the importance of starting with youth to foster a mindset for future waste management.

Viewers witness several examples of trash being repurposed into beautiful items, illustrating how a village benefits financially from managing its waste. Among the three R’s – reduce, reuse, and recycle – the artist emphasizes reusing trash. This documentary was produced on location in Kampala, 烏干達, by an Actuality Abroad student crew.
