Inside Kristallnacht (the VR learning experience) is profiled in this short film created by Juan P. Voorduin, which places learners within the events of November 9, 1938. Guided by the testimony of Holocaust survivor Dr. Charlotte Knobloch, the production combines immersive scenes with AI-powered Q&A to deepen understanding and reflection. Developed by the Claims Conference, USC Shoah Foundation, Meta, makemepulse, and UNESCO, the VR project—here presented through Voorduin’s film—balances emotional gravity with classroom utility. While the intensity may be challenging, its purpose is essential: preserving memory, fostering respectful discussion, and equipping new generations to recognize and resist hate.
