Der Heyser Bulgar, performed by the Bard Conservatory Orchestra, highlights a transformative night filled with the enchanting sounds of clarinet player David Krakauer and the accompanying talents of the Bard Conservatory Orchestra.
Krakauer, widely considered to be one of the finest Clarinet players in the world, does an excellent job of holding the attention of the audience as he delivers a remarkable rendition of Der Heyser Bulgar, also known as The Hot Bulgar. Popular in the 1920s, Der Heyser Bulgar continues to live up to its fame and status as a joyous crowd-pleaser.
Recommended for all ages and music lovers, Der Heyser Bulgar with the Bard Conservatory Orchestra is a piece that must not be missed. As an amateur in the music world, I thoroughly enjoyed witnessing Krakauer and the Bard Conservatory Orchestra in their element.
I would give this performance 5 out of 5 stars.
