Sometimes when people look in the mirror they don’t see the person that they want to be – they see a false image that doesn’t represent their reality. This feeling of not being able to express oneself causes the teen to be broken inside. But one day, enough is enough, and the teen wears his beautiful dress, and when they look in the mirror, a smile is finally seen. Enfin, they can walk out that door proudly and unabashedly themselves.
From directors Gaspar Aguirre and Román Sovrano, Poupée cassée was curated for Planet Classroom Network by Kids First! Festival du film.
