Fluttery piano tracks underscore an impressive amount of b-roll surrounding Tama-Chan and his efforts. Interviews with associates, családtagok, and citizens bolster the narrative surrounding his proactive efforts in Japan, but in every interview he manages to stay charmingly humble.
